Hearing aids are an excellent tool, providing those of us with hearing loss with a new lease on our ears. The increase they can bring to our quality of life is incredible, and can open horizons that we once thought were closed to us. To be able to again hear the crisp squeal of grandchildren’s laughter or the resonant hum of a bow scraping across a violin string with all the clarity of youth is incredibly gratifying.
